Join us for Kajukenbo on Sundays, 1-3 pm, just off the Town Square at the Higgins Memorial United Methodist Church Gym and Wednesdays, 8-9 pm, at the barn at High Pastures.
Join us for Jujitsu on Mondays and Wednesdays, 6:30-8:00 pm, at the barn at High Pastures.
We are not a babysitting school. We offer real martial arts for real-world fighting and self-defense. All students are welcome, aged 9 and up, men and women. Fees are $40 a month per person for unlimited classes. For new students, sign-ups are on Sundays.

Learn directly from nationally ranked teachers with 7th-degree black belt, and 3rd-degree in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (Kioto trained).

This school is a black belt school with national recognition.

Affiliated teachers include 7th, 8th, 9th, and 10th-degree Grand Masters.

Students are accepted from 9 years old and older, both men and women.

Competition in form, freestyle, and weapons in open tournaments is optional.

Contact sparring, light and full contact are optional.

Absolutely no bowing to foreign flags. This is an American Martial Art.

New students and instructors may keep existing ranks if certified.

The Gym, including grappling mats, is very clean and washrooms and showers are available for both men and women.

Classes are taught in a family and Christian environment.
